Application
for Architectual Control Committee (ACC) Review
all work must be approved by the Island
Lakes Board of Directors and the Loggers' Run Board
of Governors before any work is performed.
Both Boards review all applications, plans, specifications,
materials and samples submitted to determine compliance
with the standards and policies set forth in the association
documents.
Work should not commence until final approval is received
from the Loggers' Run Board of Governors.
ACC Applications & Dates:
Applications can be downloaded, picked up at the management
office, mailed or faxed to homeowners.
All applications for sub-Associations, including Island
Lakes, must be in the Loggers' Run office by the 15th
of each month to be considered. Sub-Association approval
occurs before going to Loggers' Run the first Thursday
of the following month.
Painting
All homes in the Island Lakes HOA require that exterior
painting and roofing complies with Loggers' Run color
schemes.

Remember to submit your plans and supporting documentation
for approval.
In addition to those mentioned above, all exterior
changes to your home require Association approval via
the Architectual
Control Committee to ensure proper community
